SALON SATISFACTION POLICY

At Top Knotch Salon, we are committed to providing you with the highest quality of service and ensuring a positive experience every time you visit. To maintain this standard, we have implemented a set of policies designed to streamline our operations and deliver the best experience and satisfaction to each of our clients individually. We kindly ask for your participation in adhering to the following policies, as they help us serve you better and ensure every client receives the attention they deserve. Thank you for choosing our salon, we look forward to your next visit.

CANCELLATIONS

A minimum of 72 hours notice to cancel or reschedule an appointment. Failure to notify will result in a $30 non-refundable fee.

MISSED APPOINTMENTS

We understand that life can be unpredictable. However, failure to inform us prior to our 72 hour notice requirement and/or no-show will result in a charge of 50% of your scheduled service(s) that is non-refundable.

LATE ARRIVALS

Please know that if you are 10 minutes late for your appointment we may have to reschedule your service if it cannot be completed in the remaining time frame. All attempts to reschedule in a timely manner will be made. If we do not hear from you within at least 15 minutes into your scheduled appointment, it is considered a ‘no-show’ and will be treated as a missed appointment.

If you are 10 minutes late for your appointment, we may need to reschedule your service(s) should the remaining amount of time not be enough to complete the service(s) booked as well as resulting in disrupting the client schedule following your allotted time frame. We will make all efforts to find another time that works for you. We kindly ask you to contact us within 15 minutes of your scheduled start time. If we do not hear from you, it will be considered a no-show and treated as a missed appointment. A charge of 50% of the scheduled service(s) will apply and this fee is non-refundable. We thank you for your understanding.

BOOKING APPOINTMENTS

To secure your appointment, we require a card on file. This helps us ensure a smooth booking process and allows us to better serve all of our clients. Your card will not be charged unless there is a no call, no show missed appointment or late cancellation, in accordance with our policies. 

 If you are uncomfortable providing a card on file, we offer an alternative: a 50% deposit of your total service cost, which can be paid via Venmo (out of salon), cash or card (in salon). Please note that this alternative is not available for online bookings, where a card on file will be mandatory. 

*New clients to TK Salon will be required to fill out our online form prior to booking request. One of our team experts, will contact you for a brief consultation via phone call to ensure your are booked according to your mane goals.

COMPLIMENTARY ADJUSTMENT PERIOD

If you are not fully satisfied with your hair service, we offer a complimentary adjustment within three (3) days of your initial appointment. During this time, we will gladly revisit and adjust any service to ensure it meets your expectations. After the three day period, requests for adjustments will be subject to a service charge. The cost of any revisits or additional work will  be determined based on the nature and extent of the service required. This policy does not cover charges due to factors outside of our control, such as hair damage from at-home treatments, weather conditions or personal styling choices made after the appointment.

No mobile information will be shared with third parties/affiliates for marketing/promotional purposes.
