CANCELLATION POLICY

CANCELLATIONS

Top Knotch Salon requires a minimum of 24 hours notice to cancel or reschedule an appointment. Failure to notify will result in a $25 non-refundable fee.

MISSED APPOINTMENTS

Failure to cancel an appointment and/or no-show will be required to pay 50% of the services scheduled.

LATE ARRIVALS

Please know that if you are 15 minutes late for your appointment we may have to reschedule your service if it cannot be completed in the remaining time frame. All attempts to reschedule in a timely manner will be made. If we do not hear from you within at least 15 minutes into your scheduled appointment, it is considered a ‘no-show’ and will be treated as a missed appointment.

BOOKING APPOINTMENTS

A deposit of $25 is required upon booking all services. This will be deducted from your services total at the conclusion of your appointment. Payments accepted are Cash, Venmo, Check or Credit Card.

Friday: 10am - 7pm

Saturday: 9am - 4pm

Sunday & Monday: CLOSED
